Introduction

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the DataSync app (the "Service") operated by Okikelabs ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

DataSync allows you to import and sync external API data into your monday board without writing code. The Service operates as a monday app and integrates directly with your monday account.

Agreement to Terms

This Agreement is effective upon your first use of DataSync and governs your access to and use of the services provided by DataSync.

Your monday Account

To use DataSync, you must have an active monday account. By using the Service, you grant us permission to access your monday workspace data as necessary to provide our functionality (such as reading boards and writing data to boards). We do not store or access your data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. Misuse includes (but is not limited to):

• Using the Service for illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt our software.
• Uploading malicious code, or trying to access other users’ data.
• Violating monday’s Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Payment & Billing

Some features of DataSync may require a paid subscription. Pricing details will be made available within the app. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any associated taxes. Payments are processed through monday and subject to their terms.

Data & Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us. We do not store your imported data or your monday credentials. All API calls are made securely and only to perform the tasks you initiate. We store minimal metadata (such as your monday user ID, email and connected API settings) to make the Service function properly.

Availability & Support

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control. We offer best-effort support via email or our support portal.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms or disrupting the experience of others.

Upon termination, your access to DataSync will be revoked, and all associated metadata may be deleted.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes go into effect constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about data accuracy, performance, or uptime. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria for any disputes arising out of these terms.
